We are now seeking a visionary and experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational success of Pullman Hamilton - setting new benchmarks for service, leadership, and performance in the region.

As the pre-opening General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the hotel’s strategic direction and launch. You will lead all aspects of the pre-opening journey -  from recruitment and brand activation to full operational readiness - while shaping a high-performing culture that reflects the Pullman spirit: collaborative, dynamic, and visionary.


    Job Description

    • Lead the pre-opening project, overseeing all phases of pre-opening, planning, and execution.
    • Build, inspire, and lead a dynamic leadership team that delivers world-class guest experiences.
    • Partner with Accor stakeholders and ownership groups to align strategic, financial, and operational objectives.
    • Develop and implement innovative commercial and guest engagement strategies to drive performance and loyalty.
    • Maintain the highest standards of brand quality, safety, and service excellence.
    • Build strong connections with the Hamilton business community and regional partners to position Pullman as the premium choice for events, dining, and stays.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a General Manager within midscale, premium, or luxury brands.
    • Strong track record in pre-opening or major project leadership within hospitality.
    • Strategic and commercially astute, with deep understanding of hotel operations, MICE, and Food & Beverage performance.
    • Exceptional people leadership - empowering teams through vision, communication, and authenticity.
    • Confident in representing the brand with owners, media, and the local community.
    • A passion for innovation, service excellence, and guest experience that inspires those around you.
