General Manager - Ibis Budget Casula

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a knack for elevating guest experiences? Ibis Budget Casula is an economy 74 room Hotel positioned close to food outlets, sporting venues and local attractions just off the arterial M5 Motorway in Sydney's south.

•  As our next General Manager you will have a strong passion for Hotels and creating memorable experiences for our guests 
• This role requires you to wear many hats, being a true all-rounder who enjoys getting amongst the action and leading by example
• Responsible for the overall management, daily operations and driving business performance for the Hotel 
• You will have your finger on the pulse, guiding, coaching and mentoring your team to achieve excellence.
•  Achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction. 
• Proven ability with cost controls across departments.

• Previous Front Office Manager or HOD Experience.
• Ability to provide stategic thought processes and direction to improve market performance and business outcome
• Demonstrated ability to develop team members and engage colleagues at all levels
