General Manager
Be an ambassador of the MGallery brand and the Hotel as General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the luxury marketplace.

You will be responsible for:
Leading the business
- Drive the strategic vision and day-to-day excellence of the property, rallying all departments to meet and exceed operational targets
- Maximise profitability through sharp commercial decision-making and disciplined financial management
- Ensure full compliance with operating controls, licensing requirements and legislation across every area of the business
Building your team
- Take an active role in recruitment, selecting individuals whose talent, values, and ambition align with the La Maision's vision
- Champion a culture of engagement and inclusion where every Heartists feels empowered to contribute and grow
- Build genuine connections within the local community to strengthen the property's presence and reputation
Driving service culture
- Set and sustain an uncompromising standard of product and service quality that consistently exceeds guest expectations
- Be the guardian of the brand — ensuring all MGallery essentials and standards are embedded, visible, and delivered with consistency
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- 6 to 8 years of relevant leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Passionate to grow and develop self and others
- Strong relator with ability to build relationships
- Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively
- A proven leader who is able to inspire others
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs
You will live the brand by:
- Develops accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with MGallery Brand strategy
- Interacting in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience
- Fostering positive owner relations and maximizing performance
