Set in over 300 acres of picturesque Hampshire countryside, the Resort offers a unique experience all in one place. With bedrooms, residences & penthouses, golf course, meeting & events spaces, restaurants, health club & spa, this is the ideal destination for a night away, staycation, golf break, wedding, conference & much more. We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the resort into its next chapter of growth & excellence


Job Description

YOUR ROLE:

• As General Manager you will be the driving force behind the Resorts successful refurbishment, rebranding & repositioning on completion.

• Provide strong leadership across all areas to include Accommodation, F&B, Golf, Spa, Events, & Leisure.

• Drive performance & profitability whilst maintaining a premium guest experience.

• Collaborate with ownership & senior leadership on strategy, innovation & brand development.

• Lead & develop departmental Managers to foster a positive & motivated workplace culture.


Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

• 5 years plus proven General Manager experience - familiarity of a resort would be advantageous.

• A strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue & profitability targets.

• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences with a meticulous eye for detail.
