Company Description

We are excited to share an incredible opportunity to join one of our luxury hotel projects – Green Coast Palase Beach Hotel – MGallery Collection and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated General Manager

Job Description

The MGallery General Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining the hotel's reputation, driving revenue, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for both guests and staff.

He/she will be responsible for leading the pre-opening phase and subsequent management of MGallery hotel. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the hotel in accordance with company and brand mission, vision, values and standards. The maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction and colleague engagement are an integral part of the position.

Main Duties:

  • To develop and execute pre-opening strategies, including hiring key staff, creating operational procedures, and overseeing construction and interior design.
  • Collaborates with the leadership team to define the hotel's brand strategy, standards, and unique selling features.
  • Manages the hiring, training, and onboarding of a talented and motivated team.
  • To ensure that all pre-opening tasks are accomplished within the set schedules and budgets.
  • To implement marketing and promotional activities to drive awareness and bookings prior the opening phase.
  • Oversees the successful launch of the hotel, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-opening to full operation.
  • Coordinates with various departments to ensure all services, amenities, and facilities are operational and meet brand standards.
  • Leads day-to-day hotel operations, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement.


  • Proven 5+ years’ experience in successfully launching and managing luxury hotels.
  • Preferably experienced in pre-opening hotels
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MA degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good understanding of the local market
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Highly skilled in managing key stakeholders’ relationships and quick with responses.
  • Adaptable & flexible with the capacity to set high level goals and standards for the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Must be strategic, creative, and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver overall goals.
  • Strong match with our Leader model:  Effective management style, hands-on and approachable
  • Demonstrates leadership and organizational skills.
  • Bottom line oriented with emphasis on quality guest-service and team building
