Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach lies directly on the waterfront in Turgutreis, approximately 20 km from the centre of Bodrum, a very popular destination as it offers ideal conditions for water sports, culture and Aegean relaxation. 

The main two-storey hotel of Swissotel Resort, Bodrum Beach comprises 74 rooms and suites, with minimum 40 m² per room. This is complimented by 72 serviced residences at 85-348 m². 

The restaurants and bars are places of entertainment, where the ambience runs from formal to casual and dishes are prepared with the best local products. 


Job Description

As an operations manager you will be responsible for managing the operation of Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach with support of Resort Manager.
Support the F&B / Rooms operation of Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach, by working closely with the F&B service and kitchen leadership. 
To implement the hotel strategy across all operational departments.
To provide a single point of leadership for all operational activities in the hotel, and to effectively lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the hotel.
To support and implement all corporate programmes and guidelines.
To ensure that the operational and service skills of the hotel's team members are constantly improved.                    
To ensure the hotel's service performance (NPS and GRI) is maintained within/ and above the given targets.


Qualifications

Recognized Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
Must have 2-3 years experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant / Rooms operations management role, preferably with Luxury Brand experience
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
