Job Description

Be in the heart of it all by joining our Front Office team of our Pullman Hotel! 

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Guest Service Agents are primarily responsible for providing welcoming and efficient service for our Guest’s registration and departure.

What does a Guest Service Agent's role entail?

  • Provide quality service to our Guests, responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during their check in, check out and throughout their stay. 
  • Maintain accurate Guest accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
  • Attend to incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner.
  • Maintain strict security procedures, ensuring Guest confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Front Office, preferably in 5 star hotels.
  • Demonstrated ability to ‘surprise’ and delight our guests.
  • Confidence and ability to approach people to initiate conversations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays as per business demands.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral & written
  • Must hold unlimited work rights in Australia.
  • Has a valid drivers license

Above all else you will strive to excel in your field as you demonstrate the ability to act as a true ambassador for our Hotel.
