Job Description

  • Supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Oversee daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and amenities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
