Job Description

This is what you will do!

As our new Front Office Supervisor, you are responsible for the operational course of events in the department. You work closely with your colleagues and manager. You search for the best efficiency and challenge yourself and others. In addition, you know how to use every commercial opportunity and will actively make proposals to improve results and increase turnover. You ensure that the quality and service level within the hotel is maintained and optimized. Also:

  • You coordinate and arrange the reception activities;
  • Manage employees in exchange shifts;
  • You can plan efficiently;
  • Coach, guide, and develop the team;
  • Optimize the department and upsell.

Qualifications

This is what is required!

  • Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or similar preferred.
  • Have experience in Opera, Microsoft word and outlook
  • Have experience of 1-1.5 years in similar role within hotel industry
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Excellent team player and communication skills
  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
