How does your working day look like ...
- At reception, you not only ensure that guests are satisfied, but also that they are enthusiastic
- You always stay cool - even when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in
- You make sure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel, and that the admin processes for the team run perfectly

- You have completed training in the hotel industry, gained professional experience and speak fluent German and English
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests
- You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene at hand
