Heartistアプローチに基づき、ゲストのチェックイン・チェックアウト対応およびご挨拶を迅速かつプロフェッショナルに行い、すべての情報をシステムへ正確に入力します。
ゲストからのご要望への対応およびクレーム対応をサービス基準に沿って行い、常に守秘義務とプロフェッショナリズムを維持します。
各ゲストの体験をパーソナライズすることを意識し、ホテルのサービスや施設のアップセルの機会を積極的に見つけます。
ホテルの施設、サービス、プロモーション、周辺情報について十分な知識を持ち、ゲストへの案内やサポートを行います。
ホテルの手順に従い、ゲストアカウント、支払い、デポジット、調整、残高管理などの会計業務を行います。
ブランドの電話応対基準に従い、電話や問い合わせに迅速に対応し、正確な情報を提供します。
ホテルのポリシーおよび安全・セキュリティ手順を遵守し、ゲストの本人確認や鍵の管理を適切に行います。
Operaシステム上でゲストプロフィールを正確に管理し、日々の事務業務およびレポート作成を行います。
身だしなみおよび職場規律の基準を守り、常にプロフェッショナルな姿勢を保ちます。
サービス品質(LQA、RPS結果など)を確認し、改善提案を行うことで部署のパフォーマンス向上をサポートします。
その他、マネジメントから指示された業務を遂行します。
Greet, check-in and check-out guests promptly and professionally through Heartist approach, ensuring all details are accurate in the system.
Respond to guest requests and handle complaints in line with service standards, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Take initiative to personalise each guest experience and look for opportunities to up-sell hotel services and facilities.
Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local information to assist guests effectively.
Manage guest accounts, payments, deposits, adjustments, and balances in accordance with hotel procedures.
Answer calls and enquiries promptly, using brand greeting standards, and provide accurate information.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security protocols, including Guest ID verification and key control.
Maintain accurate guest profiles in Opera and complete daily administrative and reporting tasks.
Present a professional image at all times, adhering to grooming and workplace standards.
Support departmental performance by reviewing service quality (LQA, RPS results) and suggesting improvements.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

責任感が強く、信頼性の高い方。
高い対人能力、問題解決力、時間管理能力、およびマルチタスク能力をお持ちの方。
スピード感のある環境でも、プレッシャーの中で業務を遂行できる方。
チームワークを重視し、同僚と協力して業務を進められる方。

Hotel experience required.
Front Office experience is an asset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory, with additional languages (e.g., Chinese) considered an asset.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg on occasion.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation; shifts may include overnight hours, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
Strong knowledge of computer systems required, OPERA (or similar).
Highly responsible and reliable.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with the ability to work cohesively with colleagues.
Guest-focused, with the ability to remain calm, attentive, and courteous at all times.
