As our next Night Receptionist, you…

• Are the ‘face of Ibis Edinburgh South Bridge’, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
   
• Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
   
• Are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
   
• Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
   
• You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.

By joining us, as a Night Receptionist, you will become part of our friendly team of 10 talents. Our hotel offers 259 rooms, with our own in-house Fogg’s bar and restaurant, serving food & drink all day.  We are located to the heart of the city, walking distance from

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English & knowledge of other languages would be beneficial.
