Novotel Mechelen Centrum is centraal gelegen in het hartje van Mechelen, vlakbij rivier De Dijle en de levendige Vismarkt. Het hotel beschikt over 122 kamers, een ontbijtruimte, 5 vergaderzalen, fitness en Hammam en een gezellige bar en restaurant.
Als Front Office Manager krijgt u de verantwoordelijkheid om toezicht te houden op alle werkzaamheden van het receptiepersoneel en deze te leiden en te optimaliseren.
- U ontwikkelt en implementeert efficiënte roosters om te allen tijde een optimale personeelsbezetting te garanderen.
- Essentiële administratieve taken nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail uitvoeren.
- Nauwgezette ondersteuning en supervisie bieden aan het receptieteam en ervoor zorgen dat de bedrijfsnormen en -protocollen worden nageleefd.
- Tot stand brengen en onderhouden van effectieve samenwerkingsverbanden tussen afdelingen om de algehele operationele efficiëntie te verbeteren.
- Consistente klantenservice van hoge kwaliteit bieden en de uitstekende reputatie van het bedrijf hoog houden.
Als Front Office Manager beschikt u over de volgende competenties:
- Aantoonbare ervaring in de horeca, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie
- Sterke klantgerichtheid met een passie voor het leveren van uitzonderlijke gastervaringen
- Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van leiderschap en teammanagement
- Flexibele benadering van het werk en het vermogen om kalm te blijven onder druk
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een pluspunt)
- Bedrevenheid in hotelmanagementsoftware en reserveringssystemen
- Sterke probleemoplossende en besluitvaardige vaardigheden
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Vermogen om te multitasken en effectief prioriteiten te stellen in een snelle omgeving
- Kennis van gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften in de horeca
- Diploma of graad in Hospitality Management of aanverwant gebied (voorkeur)
