We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our TRIBE team as the leader of the Front Office Department.
What you’ll do…
- Create memorable guest experiences for our guests that will leave them wanting to return for more.
- Lead and inspire the Front Office team by leading by example, creating an environment where they can be themselves, feel supported and empowered.
- Get actively involved in the team’s development to realise their full potential, so we grow together as a TRIBE community.
- Work closely with other teams (Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B) towards the overall goal of creating a memorable experience in a beautiful space.
- Take ownership of all departmental costs and ensure that all expenses are kept in line with budget guidelines
What we are looking for…
- Someone who knows how to provide a great and memorable guest experience – whether it’s for someone staying with us or just stepping in for a drink or a bite to eat.
- Previous experience in hospitality in a Front Office Manager role is an advantage but not a must, or someone who is ready to step into a leadership role.
- You’ve got plenty of experience dealing with different types of requests successfully.
- Experience with using Opera Cloud or a similar property management system.
- You are a natural at leading and managing a team, someone who creates a tight-knit community thanks to a hands-on management style and enthusiasm.
- You are a born optimist, who always put our guests, colleagues, and communities first.
- You are your authentic self.
- You are a courageous Entrepreneur and can turn your hands to anything and are not frightened to explore and experiment.
We are looking for someone who’s curious, caring and conscious attitude will play a crucial part in curating the TRIBE experience, which is defined through its authenticity and obsession in making sure everything is as seamless and functional as possible to make life that bit easier.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences, driven to improve operations, and skilled in leading a high-performing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the Front Office team.
