Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Manage a team of front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain high standards of guest service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues effectively to enhance the guest experience.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on front office operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
