Providing engaging and personalized service is one of the ways our Front Office Colleagues and Leaders are turning moments into memories for our guests. Showcase your leadership and interpersonal strengths as Front Office Manager, where you will lead our team of service ambassadors, maximize Front Office operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
Competitive Salary:
$72,000 - $76,000 gross annually, based on previous experience and education
Job Duties Include:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office department and ensure all service standards are followed
- Actively involved in the continuous improvement of driving revenue and improving efficiencies
- Handling of guests comments and complaints, ensuring guests needs are exceeded
- Interviewing and recruitment of Front Office staff
- Oversees and participates in guest relations and directs arrangements for VIP and special attention reservations
- Gives effective support to staff for the work, which has to be done and assists in all matters pertaining to the Front Office, including Front Desk, Night Reception, and Overnight Royal Service
- Organizes, co-ordinates and supervises training, conduct regular training sessions and communications meetings
- Responsible for development and performance management of all Front Desk colleagues and leaders
- Coordinating and communicating pertinent information to all other departments to ensure the highest level of guest service
- Previous leadership experience required
- Previous Property Management System experience required
- University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
