In unserem 4-Sterne-Hotel Novotel Wien City im 2. Bezirk suchen wir nach einer/m Front Office Agent (m/w/d) in Vollzeit 40 Wochenstunden zur Unterstützung unseres Rezeptionsteams!

Stellenbeschreibung

Du unterstützt unser Front-Office-Team im Novotel Wien City bei den täglichen Aufgaben rund um unsere Gäste. So könnte das aussehen:

➡️ Du bist das Gesicht des Novotel Wien City und die erste Kontaktperson vor Ort

➡️ Du beantwortest eingehende E-Mails und lässt das Telefon nicht zweimal klingeln

➡️ Du kümmerst dich um den Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste

➡️ Du übernimmst die Kassaführung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

➡️ Conciergeaufgaben - Du stehst unseren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite

Qualifikationen

➡️ Abgeschlossene Lehre in der Hotellerie, eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Ausbildung oder nachweisbare Berufserfahrung

➡️ Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Opera Cloud

➡️ Teamfähigkeit – auch in stressigen Situationen behältst du einen klaren Kopf und die Herzlichkeit für unsere Gäste

➡️ Die Bereitschaft in Früh-, Mittel- und Spätschichten zu arbeiten

➡️ Du beherrschst Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift? Perfekt! Weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
