Dans ce cadre-là, l’hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 appartements privés, d’un Spa Clarins & myBlend, de quatre restaurants : Matsuhisa Paris, dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu, Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***, La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte internationale tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas. L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge – une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

En tant qu'Alternant au sein de notre département Housekeeping, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la création d’une expérience client exceptionnelle.
MISSIONS
- Participer au nettoyage et à l'entretien des chambres et des espaces communs conformément aux standards du palace.
- Aider à la préparation des chambres pour les arrivées et les départs.
- Contribuer à la gestion des stocks de produits d’accueil et de linge.
- Aider à la coordination entre les équipes internes et les prestataires externes.
- Veiller au respect des standards de qualité et des normes d’hygiène.
- Proposer des idées pour améliorer les processus et l’expérience client.
- Étudiant(e) en hôtellerie de luxe ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Sens aigu du détail, rigueur et organisation.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
- Excellente présentation et sens du service.
- Une première expérience dans l’hôtellerie de luxe serait un atout.
