Job Description

We are seeking a professional and determined Saudi Shift Manager to join our team in the historic city of AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests, and leading our team to maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency.

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and financial aspects of daily operations
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to organize and execute events and promotions
  • Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and staff productivity
  • Stay informed about local events and attractions in AlUla to provide recommendations to guests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management or related field, including supervisory or management role
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a guest-centric mindset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in operational management and budgeting
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality industry standards and regulations
  • Understanding of local culture and customs in AlUla and Saudi Arabia
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
  • First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
