- Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme dès leur arrivée.
- Effectuer les enregistrements avec efficacité et précision, en recueillant toutes les informations nécessaires.
- Fournir des informations détaillées sur les services de l'hôtel, les installations et les attractions locales.
- Coordonner avec d'autres départements pour garantir une expérience client harmonieuse.
- Gérer les réservations, les annulations et les modifications avec précision.
- Anticiper les besoins spécifiques des clients et coordonner des services personnalisés.
- Résoudre rapidement les problèmes des clients, qu'il s'agisse de plaintes, de demandes spéciales ou de situations délicates.
- Collaborer avec les départements internes pour résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
- Assister les clients lors des départs en effectuant un check-out rapide et précis.
- Gérer les appels téléphoniques de manière professionnelle et efficace.
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des systèmes de réservation et des logiciels de gestion hôtelière.
- Participer à des formations régulières sur les nouvelles procédures et les normes de service.
- Garantir la confidentialité et la sécurité des informations clients conformément aux normes de l'hôtel.
- Gérer les situations d'urgence de manière calme et professionnelle.
- Participer à des réunions d'équipe pour discuter des performances, des objectifs et des initiatives.
- Assurer une communication transparente avec d'autres départements pour anticiper les besoins des clients.
- Atmosphère Luxueuse :
- Maintenir une atmosphère de luxe et d'élégance dans la zone de réception.
- Rechercher en permanence des opportunités d'innovation dans les processus de la réception.
- Contribuer à la mise en place de programmes de reconnaissance et de récompense pour le personnel.
