Job Description

  • Strategically direct, coordinate, and oversee the immaculate presentation and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every aspect embodies the brand’s uncompromising standards of luxury and excellence.

  • Uphold and enforce the highest levels of service and quality as defined in the company’s procedural manuals, meticulously attending to every detail to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.

  • Ensure guest rooms consistently reflect superior standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort, aligning with the hotel’s refined aesthetic and luxury benchmarks.

  • Inspire and lead the team through Heartist trainings, cultivating creativity, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement, while fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce dedicated to the seamless operation of the hotel.


Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in hotel systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as online review management platforms, ensuring precise and efficient operational control.

  • Solid experience in team supervision and leadership, fostering excellence, motivation, and professional development among staff.

  • In-depth knowledge of quality audit programs and guest experience management, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of luxury service.

  • Strong competencies in effective communication, responsibility, innovation, change management, analytical thinking, and proactivity, with a focus on luxury service excellence, teamwork, and conflict resolution.

  • Advanced English, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in international environments.
