Estamos buscando un Gerente de Recepción dinámico y enfocado al cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo en la Ciudad de México, México. Como Gerente de Recepción, desempeñará un papel crucial a la hora de garantizar experiencias excepcionales a los huéspedes mientras supervisa las operaciones diarias de nuestra recepción. Este puesto requiere una mezcla de fuerte liderazgo, habilidades organizativas y pasión por la hospitalidad.
- Gestionar y supervisar el equipo de recepción, incluyendo la contratación, la formación y las evaluaciones de rendimiento.
- Garantizar procesos de entrada y salida fluidos, manteniendo altos niveles de satisfacción de los clientes
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias de recepción, incluyendo el manejo de efectivo, las reservas y las consultas de los huéspedes
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para atender las necesidades de los huéspedes y resolver los problemas con prontitud
- Implantar y mantener procedimientos operativos estándar para la recepción
- Supervisar y analizar los indicadores clave de rendimiento para mejorar la eficiencia y la satisfacción de los huéspedes
- Gestione las quejas y preocupaciones de los huéspedes con empatía y profesionalidad
- Gestionar el presupuesto de la recepción y controlar los gastos
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas del hotel, las normas de seguridad y los estándares del sector
- Buscar continuamente oportunidades para mejorar las experiencias de los huéspedes y mejorar las operaciones de recepción
- Se requiere diploma de bachillerato; se prefiere licenciatura en gestión hotelera o campo relacionado
- Un mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia en operaciones de recepción de hotel, con al menos 2 años en un puesto de supervisión
- Conocimiento de Opera Cloud indispensable
- Fluidez en inglés y español, tanto escrito como hablado
- Fuertes dotes de liderazgo y gestión de equipos
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
- Demostrada orientación al servicio al cliente y capacidad para resolver problemas
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, establecer prioridades y tomar decisiones en un entorno de ritmo rápido
- Orientación al detalle y gran capacidad de organización
- Sólida comprensión de los documentos financieros e informes diarios, semanales y mensuales
- Experiencia en gestión presupuestaria y control de costes
- Flexibilidad para trabajar en varios turnos, incluidos fines de semana y festivos
- Capacidad para mantener la calma y la profesionalidad bajo presión
