Freelance Training Specialist – Learning & Development, Academy - Germany
Are you passionate about developing people and making an impact through training? We are looking for Freelance Training Specialists to collaborate with Accor’s Academy team and provide engaging training sessions for our hotel and support office teams in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
If you have experience in the hospitality industry or related field and enjoy delivering impactful training in soft skills such as emotional intelligence, stress management, and commercial mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
What will you do?
- Deliver engaging training sessions to hotel staff, focusing on essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
- Adapt and personalise Accor's training content to suit the specific needs of each team, ensuring relevance and maximum impact.
- Facilitate interactive workshops that promote a hands-on, participatory learning environment, encouraging employees to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
- Support and mentor employees, providing practical guidance to enhance their confidence and performance in customer-facing roles.
Our ideal profile would be:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Training Specialist, ideally in hospitality.
- Fluent in English and German, French would be an asset, of the country you will be training in.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire teams through effective training methodologies.
- Based in Germany.
