Le site hôtelier de lyon part-dieu (hôtels Mercure, Ibis Styles, Ibis Budget), 315 chambres, 3 salles de petit-déjeuner, un restaurant, recrute son futur plongeur.
Nous recherchons un Plongeur (H/F) pour le service des petits déjeuner, déjeuners et diner. Le rôle du Plongeur est essentiel pour maintenir la propreté et l'efficacité de la cuisine et des équipements de restauration.
Missions
- Nettoyer la vaisselle, les ustensiles de cuisine et les équipements de cuisine
- Assurer le maintien de la propreté dans la cuisine et les zones de service
- Respecter les normes d'hygiène alimentaire et de sécurité
Expérience
- Expérience antérieure dans le service en restauration souhaitée
- Sens de l'organisation et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
- Connaissance des normes d'hygiène alimentaire
