Denny Imbroisi et Matthias Giroud s'allient pour faire de la Trattoria Quindici et du Rooftop bar IlVolo des lieux d’exception !
"Quindici" propose une expérience gustative simple, authentique et généreuse.

Nos 11 salles de séminaires dont un centre de convention de 350 m2 modulable en 3 salles de 100 à 135 m2 ont été rénovées et dotées de matériel dernier cri pour ravir nos clients affaires !
De magnifiques suites ont été créées offrant même un espace réunion ! Et tout cela vue Tour Eiffel !!!

Au sein de l’équipe restauration et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Restauration, vous contribuez au bon déroulement des services et à la fluidité des opérations entre les différents espaces de restauration et événements.
Vos missions
Véritable référent opérationnel en salle, vous veillez à la qualité du service et à la bonne coordination des équipes.
Service et expérience client
Accueillir les clients et veiller à la qualité de leur expérience
Superviser le bon déroulement des services
Gérer les demandes spécifiques et les éventuelles réclamations
Assurer une présence active en salle
Coordination des services
Assurer la bonne circulation des informations entre la salle, la cuisine et les équipes événementielles
Contribuer à la préparation et au bon déroulement des banquets et séminaires
Organisation opérationnelle
Contribuer et vérifier les mises en place des espaces de restauration
Veiller au respect des standards de service
Apporter un soutien opérationnel aux équipes de salle
Expérience
Expérience significative en restauration ou hôtellerie
Expérience en service de salle avec volume d’activité important notamment sur le service petit déjeuner
Une expérience en banquets / séminaires est appréciée
