Food and Beverage Team Member
As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you’ll be integral to our front-of-house operations. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including serving guests, managing reservations, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Whether you’re a Waitress/Waiter, Host/Hostess, or Bartender, your role is crucial in delivering high-quality service and enhancing our guests’ overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:
For Waitstaff (Waitress/Waiter):
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and accurately record food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
For Host/Hostess:
- Welcome and greet guests as they enter the restaurant/bar.
- Manage reservations and assign tables based on availability and guest preferences.
- Provide accurate wait times and manage guest seating efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout each guest interaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service operations.
For Bartender:
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Check identification to verify the legal drinking age of guests.
- Engage with guests to create a memorable experience and provide recommendations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Restock and replenish bar supplies as needed.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Island and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
