Job Description
Bonjour! Take the next step at In-Room Dining & Mini Bar, where refined service is delivered with discretion, precision, and personalised care. As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will set the tone for seamless, five-star service ensuring every in-room dining experience reflects comfort, elegance, and effortless luxury.
With a natural ability to lead, you guide the team through each shift with confidence, coordinating orders, delivery flow, and service standards to ensure timely and flawless execution. You inspire and support your team, fostering a culture of excellence through training, development, and a shared commitment to exceptional guest care.
You are highly detail-oriented and commercially aware, confidently promoting menu offerings and enhancing the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations and upselling. From order accuracy to presentation and service delivery, every touchpoint is managed with precision and professionalism.
Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you embody the art of French hospitality with a polished, proactive, and “can-do” attitude, elevating each in-room dining moment into a personalised and memorable experience.
