Food & Beverage Team Leader

Novotel Sydney Darling Square is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our Hotel team.

Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you will assist managing the day-to-day operations of the Venue. As a Food & Beverage Team Leader you will have a keen eye for detail, good time management skills and have a genuine passion for outstanding guest service. In this hands-on role you will be expected to work alongside our developing team to consistently provide support and guidance. You will be expected to have knowledge of our food and beverage lists and be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to our patrons and have a current RSA, knowledge of safe handling of food and beverage is also essential.

You will be a highly energetic individual who thrives on using your warm personality to create amazing moments for our patrons and team. You will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to focus on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times. You will pride yourself on your strong communication skills, and be efficient at problem solving. Due to the high-volume nature of the venue you will be adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
