Job Description
About the Role
As an F&B Team Leader, you'll be the go-to person on shift — keeping service running smoothly, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You'll work closely with the F&B Manager and step up to oversee operations when the Restaurant Manager is away.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the F&B team to deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service
- Ensuring all mise-en-place is completed and service standards are upheld
- Building rapport with VIP and regular guests to anticipate their needs
- Overseeing shift revenue, accurate billing, and daily cash/charge summaries
- Maintaining hygiene, cleaning schedules, and RSA compliance
- Helping onboard new team members and keeping the team briefed and motivated
Qualifications
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Solid knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Experience in a hotel or fast-paced restaurant environment
- Micros POS knowledge is a bonus
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease
- Flexible availability across a variety of shifts
