Food & Beverage Team Leader – Full Time

We pride ourselves on our fun, contemporary and authentic menu that showcases local produce and international favourites.

You will join our Food & Beverage team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge is unrivalled. You are guest-obsessed and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional dining experiences with a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests. • Be well versed in the restaurant, while schmoozing the guests and generally being an all-round awesome person and a team player!
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

• Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets

• Proven experience within a leadership role, in a vibrant, fast-paced venue
• Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service
• A team player who prides themselves on their ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• A calm nature amid a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
