  • Be flexible and reliable across a 7-day rotating roster, including early mornings and evening shifts

Qualifications

You will be:

  • A confident and experienced leader with at least 5+ years in a Food & Beverage Supervisory role, preferably in hotels or high-volume restaurants
  • Calm and solutions-focused, especially during busy or disrupted periods such as cancelled flights – you thrive under pressure and keep the team grounded
  • Someone who leads with manaakitanga – showing genuine care, hospitality, and respect for others in everything you do
  • Knowledgeable in alcohol service, wine varietals, and beverage pairing, with a passion for sharing your knowledge
  • Holding an LCQ and/or Manager’s Certificate is highly desirable
