Job Description
What will you be doing:
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader to step in to a unique role. Reporting to the Director of Culinary across our venue Pumphouse and the hotel, this is a great opportunity to grow your F&B career.
In this hands on role, you will be expected to:
- You will have a keen eye for detail with good time management skills,
- Work alongside the team to provide support, guidance, and growth opportunities.
- Incredibly hands on and a genuine passion for outstanding guest service.
- You will assist in driving all Food & Beverage opportunities for the Venue to ensure our offerings remain fresh and animated.
- Thorough knowledge of our food and beverage lists, and be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to our patrons.
- RSA will be required, and knowledge of safe handling of food and beverage is also essential.
- Ability to work rotating hours and working late night hours.
