Job Description

About you

  • Experience working in Food & Beverage.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
  • Ability to develop and motivate your team, your lead by example approach will be infectious.
  • Have the ability to work rotating 7 day roster.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

What you will be doing?

  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage team.
  • Supervise and delegate duties.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained.

The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel recently opened on 1 July 2024.

The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, is located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport.
