• Greet guests promptly and courteously. Take food and beverage orders, provide recommendations, and answer questions regarding the menu, ingredients, and preparation.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional manner. Ensure all items are presented attractively and meet the hotel's quality standards.
• Set and clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Refill water glasses and respond to guest requests.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Report any issues to the supervisor.
• Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service. Assist with training new staff as needed.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
