Job Description
We are looking for someone who will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy. A proactive attitude that translates to a high performance mindset and outstanding attention to detail will also be brought by the successful applicant. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and talented team.
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations.
- Ensure staff are competent in all service procedures and they are able to maximize sales to guests.
- Set up and pack down of events/conference rooms and coordination on the day when required.

- Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, nights and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Being a true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
