• Supervise the smooth running of the outlet
• Ensure the venue opens on time and are ready for business
• Ensure excellent front of house service, allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service and cleanliness of venue
• Liaise on shift with Head Chef to resolve problems and ensure great service
• Complete daily paperwork to ensure the safe running of the venue, and for those standards to be monitored and maintained throughout the shift
• Detailed check of deliveries for accuracy and quality of product
• Ensuring stock is received and secured in cellars on delivery
• Ensure stock rotation is applied when storing deliveries and that the correct storage method is applied to each product
• Display stock levels should be monitored throughout your shift and replenished as required
• Recording any wastage
• Help coach and bring staff through
• Ensure high standards of health and safety are maintained at all times

1. Previous experience of Hospitality Service work required
2. Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to work within a team and supervise a team
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. High standards of honesty and integrity
7. Strong personality, “thick-skinned” and able to deal calmly and confidently with a diverse range of customers.
8. Hard working and reliable, with a strong work ethic
9. Good Personal Hygiene
10. Arabic and English speaking a strong asset
