We are seeking a highly motivated Full Time – Food & Beverage Service Manager to join our welcoming team providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service supervision that meets the guests’ expectations. Our brand new and exciting lounge precinct is set to open mid-May with our three fully refurbished lounge spacing.
This role is based within our brand-new and exciting lounge precinct at Adelaide Airport. Our Duty Manager will bring their passion for service to our three full refurbished lounge spaces. They will be dedicated to creating a welcoming and inviting pre-flight experience for our guest.
Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead by example providing efficient, friendly and professional food and beverages service
- Responsible for managing the front of house to ensure we are smooth running of the operations
- Be a key point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure excellent communication across the lounge operations
- Effectively resolve complaints to ensure our guest leave happy
- Be a genuine and positive role model, fostering engagement and connection with all team members
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for hospitality and proven ability to lead a team working in a fast-paced environment.
Other requirements
- You must have Australian working rights to be considered for this part-time role
- Have a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and Responsible Person Badge (RP)
- Must have full-time availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including public holidays
- Ability to pass a federal police background security check
