- 会場の準備とすべての商品の提供に責任を持ち、お客様一人一人に注意を払う。
- 品質、サービス、商品、清潔さの基準を常に維持する。
- 在庫管理、発注、オペレーションをサポートする。
- 作業エリア、調理器具、機器の清掃や消毒を行う。
- 標準作業手順書に従い、会場を準備する。
- バンケットのゲストが楽しく、専門的なサービスを受けられるようにする。
- 優れた価値とサービスを提供し、アップセリングのテクニックを活用することで、売上と利益を最大化する。
- 外向的な性格で、常連客と親密な関係を築く。
- Responsible for preparing venue and serving all products, giving individualized attention towards each customer.
- Maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness at all times.
- Support inventory management, ordering and operations.
- Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
- Prepare the venue ready for service according to the standard operating procedures.
- Ensure the guests of the banquet experience an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
- Maximize sales and profit by providing excellent value and service and utilize up selling techniques.
- Outgoing personality building rapport with regular guests.
資格
- 柔軟性があり、店舗の要件に従って与えられた日中のシフトに対応できること。
- 勤務時間が早いため、ホテルの近くに住んでいること。
- 英語と日本語が話せることが望ましい。
- マルチタスク
- 国内外のゲストとのコミュニケーション能力。
- Should be flexible and ready to work any shift daytime given as per requirement of the outlet.
- Living close to the hotel due to early operations.
- English and Japanese verbal skills are desirable.
- Multitasking
- Ability to communicate with local and international guests.
