Food & Beverage Server

No two days are alike as we provide unique experiences everyday such as our Mad Hatters afternoon tea in the Sanderson courtyard or our signature cocktails in the Blind Spot at St Martins Lane – our speakeasy cocktail bar. 

We have a fabulous opportunity to join St Martins Lane in our Food & Beverage breakfast team as a Food & Beverage Server.

You will support the seamless running of the restaurant spaces during breakfast hours (6am - 3pm), by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all food options whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:

• Previous experience within hotels or service-based industry would be ideal but not required.
• Must be able to start early. (Shift time 6am - 3pm)
• Good communication skills.
• Sense of urgency.
• Yes, yes, yes mentality.
• Can do attitude.
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
