What you will be doing:

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee smooth flow of F&B outlet operations.
• Lead Team: Train, motivate, and ensure high service standards.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Engage with guests, address feedback, build loyalty.
• Financial Oversight: Control costs, monitor revenue, achieve financial targets.
• Menu Planning: Collaborate on menu updates and guest preferences.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards in food and beverage quality. 
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock, manage supplier relationships.
