As a Food & Beverage Master, your mantra is clear: cultivate an authentic TRIBE vibe.

Your Key missions:​

• Daily operations management : Oversee hotel operations, ensuring efficient processes and quality control.​
• Strategic F&B management : Develop strategies to enhance culinary & service experience and profitability.​
• Staff supervision: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.​
• Cost control and budget management: Effectively manage budgets and optimize operational costs.​
• Customer relationship development: Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback.​
• Interdepartmental collaboration: Ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Promote and ensure strong communication of ALL (Accor Live Limitless) 

Your profile: ​

• Strong representativeness​
• Restaurateur at heart ​
• Quality-oriented ​
• Bachelor's degree in a Hospitality Management related field, or, 2 years experience in a supervisory role
• Good level of English ​and passion for building a rapport with our guests
• Current LCQ certificate, First Aid Certified and Managers Certificate for Alcohol Licensing 
• Hold a Valid Visa
• Be flexible - this role includes a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends
