Job Description

  • Oversee Multi-Outlet Operations: Lead all F&B outlets—including all-day dining restaurants, bars, and in-room dining—ensuring LQA standards, luxury service, and seamless coordination with Front Office and Butlers.

  • Enhance Guest Experience: Maintain strong on-floor presence, engage with guests, oversee VIP services, and curate personalized dining experiences aligned with brand and ALL loyalty standards.

  • Lead Service Excellence: Drive consistency in service, presentation, and ambiance across all venues, supporting menu development, upselling strategies, and immersive culinary experiences.

  • Team Development & Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team through structured onboarding, regular LQA training, cross-training, and recognition programs.

  • Financial & Operational Control: Monitor financial KPIs, manage inventories and supplier relations, control costs, and ensure full compliance with financial and regulatory policies.

  • Event & Sustainability Oversight: Execute flawless private dining and events, support marketing collaborations, and implement sustainability practices in sourcing, waste reduction, and ethical operations.


Qualifications

  • ​​​​​​Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in F&B management within luxury resorts or hotels.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in F&B software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Flexible & open to any new ideas.
