Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets
  • Lead, train, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver excellent service
  • Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to feedback and complaints
  • Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and departmental performance
  • Control food, beverage, labour, and operational costs
  • Monitor stock levels, purchasing, wastage, and inventory control
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficient service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, licensing, and company policies
  • Manage F&B budgets and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets
  • Analyse sales, costs, and performance reports and implement improvements where required
  • Support menu development, promotions, events, and new F&B initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure value for money
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across all F&B areas
  • Ensure the team consistently follows company standards and procedures
  • Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for hospitality and demonstrated experience leading a team within a fast-paced food & beverage environment.

You will also have:

  • A relevant qualification in hospitality management, such as a Diploma or higher qualification
  • A minimum three years relevant full-time experience in hospitality management within a restaurant, cafe, hotel, airport lounge or similar food & beverage operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing team members and coordinating daily food & beverage operations
  • Experience with stock control, purchasing, operational budgets and record keeping
  • Knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety and responsible service of alcohol
  • Strong communication, organisation, leaderships and problem solving skills
  • The ability to work Full-Time across a seven day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • A current responsible service of alcohol (RSA), or the ability to obtain one
  • The ability to successfully obtain and maintain Aviation Security Identification Card, including completion of required security background checks
