Food & Beverage Manager

Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager located in the Heart of Australia.

What You will be Doing:

• Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar, mini bar and functions..
• Responsible in creating menu's and use correct pricing methods.
• Responsible for the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Completing monthly beverage stock take
• Mentoring and Managing staff. 

About the Restaurant:

• A busy environment catering to Guests and external reservations.
• We have 3 Function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet, ala carte lunch and ala carte dinner.
• 1 main bar open 7 days a week + 2 other bars which are opened on demand.
