Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food & Beverage Executive to join our organization in Visakhapatnam, India. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, driving excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, innovative thinking, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism in the hospitality industry.

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to operational standards
  • Develop and implement strategic menu planning initiatives, including pricing strategies and seasonal offerings
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the F&B team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Manage inventory control, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize costs without compromising quality
  • Analyze financial performance, monitor budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations and standards
  • Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, taking proactive measures to enhance guest experiences
  • Develop and execute training programs to elevate team competencies and service standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management or hospitality operations
  • Proven expertise in F&B operations management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficiency in vendor management and procurement processes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Preferred: Food safety certification or HACCP training
  • Preferred: Experience with menu development and event coordination
  • Preferred: Knowledge of local Visakhapatnam dining market and customer preferences
