Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co-founders of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a daily director!

THE MISSION? 

Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you. 🤗💼 

You are the director of the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces). 🍽️🍹🏢 

In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet (4 F&B outlets : the main restaurant & its bar, the terrace and a rooftop bar), you also participate in the engineering of the menu with the Executive Chef, and the setting of menu prices. 💵📈 

You recruit, supervise, direct & coordinate all the restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities. 👥📝🔄 

You ensure compliance with the law; your watch at Mama isn't over after winter came. ⚖️👀 

You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect! 🌟👌
