Join Our Food & Beverage Team – Part Time Roles Available

Are you passionate about great food, delicious coffee, premium service, and creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-focused team members to join our Food & Beverage department across a variety of roles. Whether you’re a seasoned hospitality pro or just getting started, this is your chance to be part of something special at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery.

What you'll be doing...

  • Deliver warm, attentive service that reflects the five-star standard our guests expect
  • Engage with guests in meaningful ways – remembering names, celebrating milestones, and personalising each interaction
  • Bring energy and creativity to the guest experience – from latte art to cocktail flair to setting the perfect ambience
  • Share your knowledge of menus, local produce, and wine pairings with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless, memorable food and beverage moments
  • Create visually beautiful setups for events, bar displays and dining spaces that reflect the luxury of the brand
  • Make thoughtful suggestions and upsell items that enhance the guest’s dining or event experience
  • Be empowered to go above and beyond – surprise and delight guests with genuine gestures and personalised service

Hourly Pay rates:

  • Mon to Fri: $25.85 (+ $2.81 evening loading after 7pm)
  • Saturday: $32.31
  • Sunday: $38.78
  • Public Holidays: $58.16

  • Guaranteed minimum weekly hours

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • A current RSA Certificate (essential for all roles)
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
  • A proactive, can-do approach to challenges and daily tasks
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Great attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
  • Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster – mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
