Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We’re seeking a passionate, guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to bring energy and excellence to our vibrant team.

Join the Food & Beverage team at Pullman Cairns International as a full-time Food & Beverage Attendant and bring your passion for exceptional service to life. Working across Coco’s Kitchen + Bar and banqueting operations, you’ll enjoy a dynamic role where no two days are the same – from intimate dining to large-scale events.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering warm, attentive service in both restaurant and event settings
• Setting up, operating, and packing down dining and function spaces
• Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently with care
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service
• Recommending menu items and confidently upselling when appropriate
• Creating positive guest experiences with your welcoming, can-do attitude

• A friendly and customer-focused demeanour
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role
• Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
