Food & Beverage Attendant

Novotel Sydney Parramatta is on the hunt for proactive, enthusiastic, and fun natured Food and Beverage Attendants to join our fast-paced environment at 350 Restaurant & Lounge. As a key member of our team you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy. 

• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
• Liaise with customers and Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
• Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.
• Ensure guest billing is completed accurately following Hotel procedure and that correct charges are posted.
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.

To be successful in this role, you will have a natural ability to delight our guests with your authentic customer service. You will also have:

• A friendly, customer focused attitude
• Strong communication skills
• RSA Competency Card
• Previous Hospitality experience. We will provide on the job training to ensure you can grow in your career.
• Ability to be a team player'
• The ability to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
