Job Description
At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, our signature Bacar Restaurant is known for refined dishes, bold flavours, and impeccable presentation. We’re now seeking an energetic and guest focused Food & Beverage attendant to join our dynamic and energetic team. This position is responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service that exceeds our guests expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings
- Support the Assistant Managers with the breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Input orders promptly ensuring the kitchen can fulfill their duties effectively
- Be involved in the service of conference and events functions
- Maintain clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant following set opening, closing and daily procedures.
Qualifications
- Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, nights and public holidays
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a premium hotel or steakhouse restaurant.
- Service orientated with an eye for detail and confident communication skills
- Demonstrate pride in presentation
- Have full working rights in Australia
